Psychotherapy can help with a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related problems. It supports individuals struggling with relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, and major life transitions. Therapy also addresses behavioral patterns like addiction, anger management, and perfectionism while promoting personal growth and emotional resilience. By providing coping strategies and self-awareness, psychotherapy helps people navigate challenges, improve well-being, and develop healthier thought and behavior patterns.
